President of the RYF is elected

Conference of the Russian Yachting Federation held on04 December 2010 in Moscow has elected the new President of the Federation who is - SHAYDUKO Georgy.

Georgy Shayduko - prominent sailor,   participant of  four Olympic Games (1988- 2000). He was silver medalist in Atlanta/Savanna and two times World Champion in class Soling.

Since 2007 he used to be State Coach of Russia for Sailing and member of the RYF Council. During 2010 he acted as President-substitute to the former President Dmitry Zelenin. At the Conference as above he was elected as full right President for 2011-2012 years.

The former RYF President Dmitry Zelenin moved up to become The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Federation.
